PRESS REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR 2025 FLORIDA FILM FESTIVAL
We are thrilled to present the 34th edition of the Florida Film Festival. If you are interested in attending the 2025 Festival (April 11 – 20) for media coverage purposes, please register below:
- Each media representative or influencer interested in covering the Festival must submit a press registration application.
- Film Crews: Please specify filming details and crew size under Type of Coverage.
- Festival’s credential/ticket policy: Media access is only confirmed via email in advance and is NOT available on-site. The festival does NOT coordinate RSVP lists at the door.
- Due to limited capacities, not all screening and event requests can be accommodated and journalists associated with official Media Partners of the Festival take priority.
- Application does NOT guarantee a pass, and you may be asked to provide an assignment letter before a pass is issued. Accreditation is at the sole discretion of the Public Relations Department.
- Past press accreditation does not guarantee current or future accreditation.
- Please email the press teams for interviews and access to high-resolution images and b-roll for coverage opportunities.
- Press registration for the festival is underway and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025.
- All applicants will be notified via email as to the status of their media accreditation and tickets by March 7, 2025.
If you are not approved but still want to attend the festival, we encourage you to support independent cinema and our nonprofit organization by buying tickets to in-person and/or virtual screenings (on sale March 19th).

Due to the large number of applications received each year, the Festival is unable to accommodate every request, but each application will be reviewed carefully. Media accreditation will be given on a per-case basis. Qualifying factors include confirmed pre-festival story assignments, samples of recent work and availability.
Please complete ONE application per person.
