34th Annual Florida Film Festival Announces Award Winners

 

Orlando, Fla. (April 21, 2025) – The Florida Film Festival concluded on Sunday, April 20th and award winners have now been announced! Enzian Theater has hosted the Florida Film Festival since 1992 and consistently attracts prominent and up-and-coming talent in the film industry. From April 11th to 20th, the festival screened 187 films representing 40 countries. Of the films selected, 164 held premiere status, including 29 world premieres. Below is a comprehensive list of award winners for the 2025 Florida Film Festival. 

 

Jury Awards

  • Grand Jury Award for Best Narrative Feature

  • Special Jury Award for Best Screenplay: Narrative Feature
    • Burt – Written by Joe Burke and Oliver Cooper

    • I’m Your Venus – Directed by Kimberly Reed
