Festival FAQ

Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the Enzian Box Office prior to the festival and at the festival box offices from April 10–19. Tickets are subject to availability – we do not hold tickets for in-person sales.
 

All tickets are final sale. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Both Enzian and Regal Winter Park are general admission seating. We do not offer seat reservations. 

Priority entry is offered with our Film Lover and Producer passes. Click here to learn more about passes.

Tickets can be purchased online by visiting our Films page or in-person at the Box Office. 

“On Standby” means we have sold all allotted tickets to a screening. At showtime, we will count empty seats and sell tickets to any available spots. The sale of standby tickets is at the discretion of our House Manager and is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate.

At showtime, any open seats will be released to our standby line for additional seating. We will do our best to accommodate ticketholders, but once standby seating has begun, late ticketholders will be seated at House Manager discretion and cannot be guaranteed entry.

Your screening venue is clearly marked on all e-tickets, as well as the online pages for each screening. Please double check your venue!

Both Enzian and Regal Winter Park have parking on-site. After 5pm, Enzian overflow parking is available at Park Maitland School and Peach Valley.

Enzian offers in-theater menu service at every Enzian screening. Food and drink purchased at Enzian’s outdoor Eden Bar can be brought into the theater during your show. To see Enzian and Eden Bar’s menus, click here.

Concessions at Regal Winter Park can be purchased at the Regal concession stand. Outside food and beverage are not permitted at either venue.
 

Yes, you can reserve tickets through the Box Office, either in person or over the phone. Tickets are subject to availability – we do not hold tickets for in-person sales.

Festival passes are available now! Purchase a festival pass by visiting our Passes page. Passes can also be purchased in-person at the Enzian Box Office prior to the festival.

Yes, all festival passholders must reserve tickets for screenings they wish to attend. Add the desired ticket to your cart, log in to your festival pass account, and check out like normal. There is no charge or fee to reserve your individual tickets.

If you have any trouble reserving your tickets, or do not see your 100% pass discount, please contact boxoffice@enzian.org
 

Your festival pass account is the same log in you used to purchase your pass. If you have purchased other tickets at Enzian or have an Enzian Film Society membership, your pass will be added to your existing account.
