Everyone wants to feel special. When we leave this world behind, we want people to remember us. Some people are superb chefs and pass along delicious recipes for their family and friends. Others find cures for diseases. Ten year-old Billy Kirkfield wants to have a legacy to share with the world too. The only problem is he doesn’t think he has done anything exciting enough to leave an impression. That is when Billy makes it his mission to become famous so that everyone remembers him for what he has done, rather than being remembered as the kid who is dying from cancer. SNOWMEN, the warm-hearted debut comedy from writer-director Robert Kirbyson, stars Ray Liotta (Goodfellas), Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future), and Doug E. Doug (Cool Runnings), along with a host of first-rate child actors. Set in a wintry mountain town and based on a true story, it’s a fun and charming tale about the courage it takes to follow your dreams and the “profound” power of friendship.
