How to Purchase and Redeem Ticket (Voucher) Packages
Note: A voucher alone does not guarantee access to any particular film. Vouchers must be redeemed for actual Florida Film Festival tickets.
Ticket Packages can be purchased in two ways:
- 1. OVER THE INTERNET

An email confirmation will be sent once the transaction is complete; this confirmation sheet, as well as a valid ID is required to pick up and redeem packages purchased online. - 2. IN PERSON
Ticket (Voucher) Packs are available in advance at the Enzian Theater Box Office from January 22, 2007 – March 11, 2007. After that, they may be purchased at Festival Headquarters.
All Voucher Redemptions are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All voucher and ticket sales are final.
- Ticket holders must be at venue and ready to be seated at least 15 minutes prior to show time to guarantee seating. After that, the Festival reserves the right to resell seats to STAND-BY customers.
- There will be no refunds or exchanges once vouchers are converted into tickets.
Vouchers purchased over the internet or in person can be redeemed in one of the following two ways:
- 1. Prior to the day of the show at Festival Headquarters. To save time, download, print, and fill out the Package Redemption Form, then return the form to Festival Headquarters.
- 2. The day of the show at the venue where the show is playing (either Enzian Theater or Regal Winter Park).
The Voucher Redemption Schedule is as follows:
- March 12: Enzian Film Society members and Florida Film Festival Sponsors can pick up and redeem their Festival Ticket (Voucher) Packs.
- March 15: All other package holders can begin redemption.
- March 19 - April 1: The general public can purchase individual tickets and redeem vouchers.
Other Important Information
TICKET GUARANTEE POLICY
All ticket holders must arrive 15 minutes before showtime to ensure availability of seats. After that time, the Festival reserves the right to resell seats to STAND-BY customers.
STAND-BY POLICY
"Stand-by" status simply means that most seats have been sold in advance and a few seats are being held for pass holders. However, additional tickets are often made available prior to the event. To gain entry to a "Stand-by" film/event, arrive at the theater 45 minutes prior to showtime. Numbers will be handed out to potential ticket buyers. Prior to showtime, available tickets will be sold, in numerical order, until the event is sold out.
NOTE
All films are subject to change. Every effort is made to show each film in its original language, with English subtitles if necessary. No Enzian Film Society, student, senior, or military discounts on Festival Films. NO REFUNDS.
